Display HTML
AWS can convert 3270 and 5250 screens to HTML "on the fly". Data from several terminal screens can be joined together and displayed as one large scrollable HTML page.
To enable this functionality you must describe how AWS shall convert the terminal screens to HTML
Features
- Convert cryptic codes to human readable text. This can be done for input as well. For example, you can create a combobox with a list of values that are translated to codes on the terminal screen.
- Create shortcuts or popup menus that perform complicated operations.
- Link with data from other data sources such as SQL Server or any other ADO data source.
- Automatically generate a table of contents for the data collected from several terminal screens.
Visa HTML
AWS kan konvertera 3270- och 5250-terminalbilder till HTML-sidor "i flykten". Data från flera terminalbilder kan visas som en stor HTML-sida.
Finesser
- Översätt kryptiska koder till lättförståeliga texter. Fungerar både för in- och utmatning.
- Skapa shortcuts eller popup-menyer som utför komplicerade operationer.
- Länka till data från andra datakällor, såsom SQL Server eller vilken annan ADO datakälla som helst.
- Generera en innehållsförteckning för datat i terminalbilderna. Denna dynamiska innehållsförteckning skapas helt automatiskt.
